Chord Substitutions Help

Yes, I know you can do whatever you want, but sometimes it's nice to have a very easy replacement to start from. Also, I realize this is like 1% of music theory.

Chord Replacement Notes
I/i I/isus2 Remove the 3rd, add 2nd
I/i I/isus4 Remove the 3rd, add 4th
I/i I/i9 Not an “add9” - don't add 7th
Imaj7 iii
I vi
I → V7 I → II7 → V7 Secondary Dominant, the added chord is the V7 of the chord that follows it.
I → vi I → III7 → vi Secondary Dominant again - adds importance to the chord that follows it.
7 sus4 Remove the 7th, add the 4th
